Endurance Wind Power Inc appreciates Congress’ support for Small Wind and the fact they are recognizing the importance that distributed wind power can have in the overall energy contribution towards a cleaner environment. We need to fight global warming and governments financial support at the federal level is extremely important. This legislation is the first federal level incentive since for small wind power since the 80’s.
