WARRANTY AGREEMENT
Endurance Wind Power Inc. (EWP) warrants the Endurance Wind Turbine System against defects in
design, material, and workmanship, under normal, intended use for a period of 5 (five) years after
installation. Installation is required within 6 (six) months of equipment delivery unless other
arrangements are made with EWP in this regard.
During the warranty period EWP will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, defective components or
assemblies. Repaired or replaced parts will be selected by EWP. EWP is not responsible for any
installation, removal, or reinstallation costs incurred. EWP will cover one-way shipping charges
(within North America) of any warranty items.
Warranty coverage is extended only to customers who have submitted a properly completed EWP
Warranty Registration Form. Submission of photographs of the installed wind turbine is required as
requested in the Registration Form.
This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners due to resale with proper notification of EWP,
without any change to the original warranty expiration date.
EXCLUSIONS
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Towers, equipment, materials, or supplies not manufactured or supplied by EWP
- EWP equipment modified or altered without EWP consent and approval
- Damage or loss sustained from wind speeds in excess of 60 m/s (135 mph)
- Repairs performed by other than authorized EWP service personnel
- Acts of God
- Incidental or consequential damages.
- Damages incurred during shipping
PRODUCT CHANGES
This limited warranty supercedes any other EWP guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. EWP
reserves the right to make design changes, improvements, and additions to its products without
obligation to retrofit products previously manufactured.
